About David Dashiell

David Dashiell, Broker Associate, works with owners and buyers of multi-family properties in Southern California.

In 2002, David started his real estate career by acting as a principal in the residential construction industry. He worked concurrently as the Operations Manager at Cooper & Company Design and Construction and as a Broker-Associate at Ann Leung Realty. Leveraging both roles, David focused on the entire real estate development cycle, from land acquisition through all phases of construction to the end sale of luxury town homes.

David’s success in creating and maintaining relationships with lenders, architects, building contractors, property managers, and leasing agents helps him deliver comprehensive, integrated solutions to real estate owners and investors in both commercial and residential properties.

Before 2002 David worked for over 10 years in various business development roles for medium and large companies in the software industry, including one very successful start-up company that went public. The skills he developed through these experiences enhance his ability to effectively represent real estate clients.

David holds a B.S. from Texas Tech University (1992).
